I live here as of now. BUT we plan on being out of here very soon. We've had to deal with
the carpet being soiled when we moved in,the main bathroom you couldn't take a shower (took 3 months for it to be fixed),air conditioner dripping water(even after 4 calls,maintence then supposedly fixed it. and FINALLY fixed by professional service after it started again),poor insulation of windows(which now mold is appearing on window sills),chuck holes throughout pavement,grounds look terrible(don't think the leaves ever got picked up last year),office staff is nice BUT...when they changed office hrs. on Sunday,you didn't know about the change until paying rent. And just today,I went to go pick up my package,no one was there at 1 or 4:30 pm. Even tho the office hrs for saturday is 10-5.
I was so mad,I left them a message about it.
And last but not least,the neighbors have no respect in my building. The upstairs neighbor plays his electric guitar quite often and LOUD,the downstairs neighbor plays their stereo LOUD. And it doesn't matter what time of day or night with these two. So
I have to say this is the worst place I've ever lived in. And highly recommend that NO ONE come live here. Please listen to the ones who have said no on this place. Sorry to ramble so much. I'm just so feed up with the place and neighbors as a whole. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
