Talk about the hood. Parking lot is falling apart and all that's done is a patch. The pool is never open because it's falling apart. Steps to the apartment are coming off. When you call the management for anything they don't care. The corporate office doesn't care either. They tell you to call the manager who has no clue what she is doing. Her excuse is she is new and when you call corporate again (Baird & Warner) they won't call you back.

Other people have told me that they don't pay the bills and that's why nothing gets fixed. My ceiling leaked forever and they finally told me to move because they didn't have the money to fix it. There are tarps on the roofs to patch leaks. I didn't have hot water and was told by the power company that it was because they didn't pay the bill for the property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I talked to an employee they said no one will work there because they don't get paid and they get sued.

There are fights and the kids run all over the place. They hang out on the steps all the time.
