LESS THAN ZERO

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
The lights in front of my building have been burned out for over three months. I've asked the office to fix this at least 7 times and filed a formal complaint with the manager. They're still burned out. During that time my car was vandalized, I saw 2 other cars broken into with smashed windows, and a set of expensive hubcaps stolen. This all happened in just the small lot outside my apt.

The chances of my renewing my lease are LESS THAN ZERO.
