This place is horrible! I thought they were cool, because I had a cousin live in them back in 2002. She never had an issue, but they were under different management then. All they did was move me in. I've had damage done to my mailbox several times & it took a week or longer to get it fixed. I also had a vacant apartment across from me that didn't have a lock or doorknob on it for about 2 months. I called & called & called & it seemed like they didn't care. It was very scary. I haven't had a light outside my building since I've been there. The people under me smokes crack & it comes up to my apartment(& I have kids). I can't wait to get out of this ghetto hell hole. These apartments should be considered low income, because that's the kind of people they got running this place.

Yes, the rent is so low that I can't imagine how they plan to keep the trash out.

i live here now and its all true, the management is awfull. I tried moving out but on the contract in fine print it dose not let you unless you pay 100% plus other fees that add up to $800.00. .. stay away from this place
