i couldnt stand that manager named mrs terri or shall i say mr terri. acting all rude. she didnt give a care about fixing any of my workorders or any other complaints that i had going on with my apartment. i had mold inside of my apartment that the only thing she had maintenance do was paint over it and make a damn mess anyway. she acts so scary, anytime you call for her, your call would have to go thru an screening process. her creepy ass leasing staff would be asking questions as if you would in some job interview or something, and the only thing you are wanting to do is talk to manager. is that so hard to just hand the phone over'

yeah you think you would be safe because you are the only apartment community, and you are also near beautiful homes. but i didn't feel safe because my two kids where outside playing and one day some man got shot right in front of me and my children eyes. (you know thats something a 4 and 6 year old child shouldn't have saw this act. it wasn't at night time it was in broad day light..that is when i knew i had to move, it was sooooooo sad.

yeah new management made the property look a little bit better, but its still ghetto as all get out. so if you have kids, do not move over there, its not safe and also they have no where for your children to play. how is a community not going to have a playground'
