I don't know recommend this property to anyone. The maintence is horrible. I have had work orders in since May 2006 and things are still not fixed. The lastet thing on December 28,2007 the complex had a water main break and they had to shut the water off without notice. The date is now February 2008 and the water is still not fixed. Everyday the hot water gets cut off without notice for hours in. When the come and attempt to fix it they show up with a wire hanger, pliers, and a shop vacuum to fix the water. When you call emergency maintence they dont return the page and no one every shows up. Do not make the mistake of signing the lease here. The maintence sucks and the managers dont care. well i moved in aug,15 2007 and i hate it every thing you guy's are saying is so true it is the getto not a place to live not even a dog my window's don't fit the frame i had to call the broad of health due to the window's and my light bill is high like 800.00 bucks due to the winter month's i had a bad christmas is was so cold and i can't wait to mmove from this hell hole and also the landscape is terriable
