This place is highly unsafe to live. People are up roaming all hours of the day and night. Kids are very noisy and destructive. Trash is everywhere. It seems like I have a new problem daily- maint. men are friendly- but super overworked. If your complaint isn't critical like a busted water main you might as well forget about it. When I first moved in the hot water to our building quit working and when I called the front desk about it there answer was "we don't know when we will be able to fix that" and it took 3 days. I came home yesterday to two guys standing on my landing getting high. My car port that I pay for has a 3 foot hole in the ceiling above my windshield, and I still have to scrape my windows every morning. It's been months and nothing has been done, and I am still having to pay for it. If you're thinking about moving here- DON'T. There are better things even in this price range.
