I moved here in here the end of last year, the bad part about my situation is I read the ratings ((before I moved in)), and still moved saying to myself "It's not that bad." I feel like a
d*$% fool!! Let me break it down for you:

1 There is no playground, WHATSOEVER, Basketball court - no goals though.
2 Police (REAL POLICE) live on the grounds (machine gun shooting still goes on.)
3 Glass everywhere!!!
4 They fix NOTHING, you have to bring out your indigent side to get any solutions.
5 You better pay your rent on time NO MATTER IF THEY FIX YOUR PROBLEMS OR NOT, or come the 28th you are evicted.
6 You call and ask for the manager. the staff intercepts the calls and the manager never calls you, EVER, so who are you voicing your concerns to'''''''

Please listen me to when I tell you, this place is horrible. My son has gotten in so much trouble since moving here, the principal at the neighborhood IPS school and I talked, and she stated to me, her exact words "I am sorry Ms. --- When children come from The Woods at Oak Crossing, I know the children are going to be a problem." She did not lie, the parents are fighting other peoples children, I mean all kinds of stuff. Please know that I do not think that me and my children think that we are better than others, I just want better for them.

You ask yourself, why have this person not moved, my credit does not suffice to other properties.

Find somewhere elese to move!!!! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

It's true; the buildings were built a long time ago with single people in mind. The only place for kids to play is the pool. Usually they play in the parking lot. :-( Since there is nothing for them to do, some of them vandalize stuff. Not the greatest environment!
