People that put bad reviews on this site are normally people that are evicted or that don't get there way. I have lived here for 4 years and have had some maintenance items but they have taking care of them. We do have racoons on the property however there is a large amount of Woods around us but the property does trap for them when you call them. So just come see for yourself.

They do? After a dozen letters and even more calls and no action, I called the city health dept. The coons are here because of the garbage dumpsters which are a giant coon buffet 365 days a year.

this place sucks - have had nothing but trouble here from coons to chicken bones in the mail box to glass everywhere -- you name it!! they are slow to fix and easy to anger. can't keep the pool open for summer, hallways are trashed carpet filthy, management is worthless. Prop mgr responds hatefully and inefficiantly. Beware and look elsewhere.

I think you are living in the clouds, have you really looked at these comments? Really everyone cant be that mad, you stay in your unit and ignore what goes on around you but the rest of us need to sue or move!!!

I totally agree, I caint believe that you would think that everybody that has complained on this site is getting evicted and as far as them being upset about not getting their way... they have a right to be because they pay rent in those nasty, disgusting apartments. Management is so ignorant and careless. The only thing that they are concerned with is their money. The racoons is a huge problem because they are in the walls and in the vents. I could go on and on about these filthy apartments but I belive all of the other people pretty much covered it. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!
