This place is not for anyone who wants to raise children, it is not safe! Your porch may fall out under your feet. Your nighmares will be of raccoons, your showers will be short and nerve-wrecking, you can't rest b/c your neighbors are so loud. The smell of marijuana evades the whole place, the pool is a death trap, and water bugs are inevitable, the water damage is soooooo bad. Mold will fill your lungs and if you have asthma you may die! Do not live here -- everyone has the same complaints PLEASE BELIEVE THEM!!!!!! You will be sorry. Hopefully the Board of Health will condim the place. If you live here now leave!! Before it's too late.

Sorry to say, they are not lying!! If the things listed don't kill you, the residents will, peoples doors are getting kicked in by other residents, the children are atrocious and cut throat and that is just the 7-14 age group. IF YOU VALUE YOUR SAFETY AND LIFE DO NOT MOVE HERE!! There is an onsite deputy that lives on the grounds, his children loiter on the porch smoking weed till all hours of the morning, I drive by and see if everyday - NO JOKE!!! PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS!!

that is absolutely true- they are out all hours of the night smoking weed, there was a fight with a baseball bat the first month we lived here- people in their underwear fighting. They turn your water off without notice, you may not get to shower or wash up at any time they choose unknown to you. There have been alot of pipes busting and flooding and I am sure it was on the NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!1

Yes, the drug sellers are everywhere. Security has done nothing, although they know who and where. I can't believe they are real cops. Makes me wonder about the rest of our city cops.

I live here now and am trying to move out. Everything that is said in these reviews are true. This is a horrible place to stay. They have the worst MGMT and there is a problem with the pipes.I have woken up to wet spots in my house under my carpet and it smells. There is a police office that drives a sherrif car but dosent do anything about the drugs that are being sold here or the amount violent little kids and parents that live here.Take this a red flag worst apt complex i have ever been in. I am so mad i made this mistake. Be more careful than i was.

omg i thought this woild be a good place to stay so u guys are sayin no to the woods at oak crossing. well do u guys know of any apt.that work wit people wit not so good credit?
