Bad business at Dickford Commons. You can do better, trust me.
* Rough residential atmosphere - drug dealers, fights, last weekend some guy was bludgeoned half-dead with a lead pipe in the parking lot at 4:00am.
* Office staff is either smiley, phoney, and full of ---- or rude and intolerable. Also poor record keeping.
* Old appliances/bathtubs/showers. We're talkin olive-green, harvesy-yellow, and rust-orange colors from the 70's.
* Gossipy, nosy maintainance staff that does everything half-assed.
* Overall not horribly ugly apts and community, but not worth the money and the trouble (or the bludgeoning).
