i was very excited to move into wyckford commons. i had previously lived in two other apt. complexes and believed this to be a step up. however, i was horribly wrong. the first day of arrival, we flushed our toilet only to see sewer water exploding all over the bathroom and out onto the carpet in the hall. everyday i have lived here, i have had problem after problem. the office staff seems nice, but everytime i call to report a problem (which seems to be often) it is never fixed when they say it will be. not only are things never fixed in my apartment, but they don't even call me back to let me know they can't come. this is the poorest customer service i have ever received. please take my advice and continue looking when considering signing a lease with wyckford commons. i wish i would have thought harder about this decision.
