I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even if I dodn't like them. I hope that AIMCO does not run all of their apartment complexes like this! The management is terrible and very unfriendly! Our lease was messed up from the word go. They didn't have the apartment ready at the agreed upon time!! They tried to take us to court when they screwed up the lease terms (benefited us!) They even went as far as to change a section in the lease that we had. Luckily we kept the original copy that we had! Police were there about twice a week. Neighbor across from us was robbed. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY AT ALL! Well, I guess the pool water was clean.
