Been here since 2001, and mgmt has changed every 9 months or so, each time saying how much different things will be. They aren't. The pool never opens on time. The new mgmt this time really is making improvements, but, man, is this guy rude and just mean! After being here for so long, they changed the late date for rent from 5 to 3 days w/o notifying anyone, and when we paid on the 4th day, we were served w/an eviction warning. Walls are paper thin. Mgmt won't replace common hall lights when burned out unless you call 3x a day for weeks. don't need to say more. Cheap place if you can fix your own problems and stick to yourself.
