I had family up here last summer and it was very hot my ac went out on a sat morning i called the office and the girl stated she would page the main. crew. they never called back i had to call them a total of 3 times, still they refused to come out even though my brother has asthma. It was horrible, I had to wait until monday morning to complain to the manager. He fixed it but why did I have to wait that long. I have called a total of 6 times since summer to have my screen door fixed, they still have not fixed it, I had to have family fix it for me. They keep raising rent every year by about 30$. It wouldn't be a problem if the staff was nice and the main. crew were reliable and helpful. We are now down to 1 main. member for the whole complex. There has been 4 managers and 2 main. crews in 3 yrs...hmm sounds like they have some serious problems..I DO NOT reccomend this place to live unless you plan on doing all your own work from shoveling snow to fixing the garbage disposal.
