I have lived here for a long time. It was a great place at first but has quickly deteriorated because of the surrounding neighborhoods. The biggest problem is the random people loitering around cars and consistently dealing with rude neighbors.

Parking is near impossible. People take 2 and on a few occasions 3 parking spots and nobody does anything when its reported. The cars will sit there for weeks at a time.

Where are the parents to the 25 kids who are screaming at 10 at night. I even caught a kid who looked about 12, smoking a cigarette in the back of my car!

They try to make the place look nice, but for some reason people keep trashing the place. Fences are torn apart, trash is left everywhere.

At about 9:00 at night your doors are best locked and your family inside.

Buildings interior are very basic. Nothing to impress.

I waited almost a month to have my air fixed this summer and a tree that fell on my patio took about 3 weeks to remove. Oh, AND THEY DECIDED TO REMOVE IT AT 8 IN THE MORNING BY CUTTING IT UP WITH CHAINSAWS AND FEEDING IT INTO A WOOD CHIPPER!

Staff is basic. I really think they try.

I think the pet deposit is something like 250 bucks. But caged animals are okay.

Laundry rooms are DISGUSTING and not well maintained.
