My husband and I have lived here since we've been married. Overall,we are very satisfied.
They have 1,2,and 3 BR, swimming pool, laundry facilities, pet walking area, courtyard and playground (I don't recommend the playground, though, it needs work).
Jeffersonville High is literally right across the street, a busline runs through and we have a courtesy officer on property as well as a few other police officers in residence. Just seconds from banks, and several shopping areas.
The rent has been raised since we moved in, but our monthly rate stayed the same, per our original lease.
Pets are allowed, but the $300 deposit is non-refundable, and your rent goes up $50 a month. There are several people here with pets, but I don't think it is worth it.
Also, there is a curfew for children and teens to keep them from hanging out on the parking lot, which is nice.
Maintenance is always on duty, too
