Nice staff, bad building

The staff here is very very nice. The office hours are limited, but maintenence orders are simple to place by phone. Unfortunately the buildings are old so it's poorly insulated, noisy, and has plenty of cracks for bugs to get in. Something always seems to be in need of replacement or repair.
