This apartment complex is by far the WORST I've ever lived in. They do not do maintenance, they don't answer their telephone. They don't enforce items in their lease on other tenants (i.e., smoking in non-smoking common areas, noise ordinances). Even emergency maintenance requests are not taken care of. Do not rent here - these apartments are the equivalent of the Jeffersonville ghetto.
