We've had a lot of issues with out apartment. And while the maintenance crew is friendly. The office staff will only be friendly with you for a few months. No one likes to complain about things that need to be fixed. But it needs to be done. We have a door in the back of the apartment that was letting in a draft and rain water (the door is old and warped, should be replaced). It's been patched up. We have a rail in the back of the apartment that needs to be replaced, the bottom of it is completely rusted through. I almost fell when I put weight on it. The key given to us for the laundry room doesn't work. When asked, instead of replacing it. They had maintenance let us in. And we received attitude from office because we were interrupting their smoke break. Also while my wife is still in the apartment, and I'm up north trying to get work and land us a house. The front office woman gave my wife attitude asking if she was moving out this weekend. Because she thinks our situation is "just odd"! And I personally feel that is absolutely inappropriate. Military do this all the time. Also our medicine cabinet which is a large shelf thing mounted on the wall, fell! It could of seriously hurt someone had they been in front of it. And our small 11 year old child could of been seriously injured if not killed by it. When my wife reported this. The office staff was not concerned at all about it. And the cabinet is still on the floor. I personally think anyone that gives you attitude for interrupting their smoke break is "just odd".

We've been trying to report this to the Wimsatt Management, but have no contact information.

Also we were unable to get out of our lease. This isn't necessarily odd, but they wouldn't work anything out with us. But what made this a hostile situation is that my wife dropped off our last rent check when she went down to pick up our last load of stuff and made a gentleman's (or ladies) agreement not to deposit the check till october 1st as per the date on the check when rent was due. They deposited this check before the first when rent wasn't due till october 1st mind you. These people cannot be trusted.
