I have been a previous happy resident at Hidden Creek until I walked in and found out Ms. Kramer was no longer the manager. I have tried to be patient with Ms. Chatty Cathy but it is unbearable. I have always been a patient person but not sure where the two Blondes came from or the phony from England. The lady from the the Louisville office is rude and the new lady is clueless. It shows she has never worked in a complex before or she just does not get it. I am sure this is why Ms. Jones is working alot of extended hours(I am also observant). When I went in to pay my rent this month and was talking to Ms. Jones the new lady interrupts constantly, if I wanted to speak with her I would have entered her office.So I guess I will drop my rent in the slot to avoid a long unwelcome conversation. I may sound partial but Ms. Kramer was on the ball, stearn and to the point but we saw her doing things like pulling weeds and picking up garbage, anything to make my home better for me and my family. Several rumors are going around that Ms. Kramer moved on to bigger and better things( and we want to find her) but I have been told that she was fired!!! Was she fired for being so good at her job'Ms. Kramer was gifted when it came to running Hidden Creek. We will be moving when our lease is up and I will miss the great experience my family had here. I know I will never find service techs like Scott and Doug. They also are the best!!! Thank you Ms. Jones, Scott and Doug.
