HOMESTEAD

Missing our manager. Times are tough now with our vulnerable economy. When times get rocky, it is my home that becomes my respice...some place to hold on to when everything else seems to be slipping away. I have lived here (HC) many years with the same landlord. This place is family to me. Of course, I am fortunate to even have a home at this time. So many people are losing their jobs, and the fear of losing the roofs over their heads is a real one. So I am grateful for my family as it was. Question: Where is Maggie' She was my main stay here. That's right. Rough times happen...that's life! But you could always...absolutely always...count on Maggie. And that matters!
As a resident of Hidden Creek Homes, I cannot help but feel affected by the recent management change here. Common sense dictates for us to hang on when the times get rough; this is the best time to do nothing. Making a change under duress was not, albeit, a business savy move. The weather will always change: "Success Is Never-Ending...Failure Is Never Final." Making a management change at this time, when there is so much beautiful history here at Hidden Creek, was tantimont to being shot in the foot. But I'm just a resident here, certainly my opinion has little value. That's unfortunate.
