The manager of Nelson Estates only cares about you when she is trying to rent you the apartment, but after that EXPECT NO HELP AT ALL. If you have a problem at Nelson Estates you can count on no help what so ever from XX. Noisy neighbors "deal with" it. XX will give any excuse possible to justify the obnoxiously loud neighbors behavior. Kid gets hurt do to safety problems at Nelson Estates "not her problem". Car gets damaged, "sucks to be you". XX will tell you what you want to hear to your face, but just as soon as you walk out of the office the knives fly. Teens vandalizing fire alarms and property, along with steeling personal property off your patio, expect it because it's okay to. If you complain about neighbors violations, don't worry they won't get a notice about it. Hey did you know that it's okay for SOME to have 3 pets, when the limit is ONLY 2. XX will over look that, even though it is continually complained about! The sign as you leave says "drive safely". That sign should really be turned around and as you enter it should read "enter safely" due to inconsiderate children and teens who think they rule the road way. They will run into your vehicle even though your at a stand still, flip you off and even spit on you vehicle. I thought they had invented something called side walks for pedestrians to use. Oh that's right, the premises has them, but the unruly teens and children don't use them. But just remember THAT'S OK! Quite hours, what are quite hours. They are supposed to be between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. But seriously get real, some don't abide by them. But remember it's okay because XX will come up with an excuse to justify the behavior and the violation. When in doubt about complaining about a violation, complain any way, but just remember it's okay, and there will be justification to the violation. Just remember there is always a corporate number that you can call. Don't back down, just try to prevail! *Disclaimer: this is an experience, all experiences may vary. Ours is just really bad.
