I like it so far My apartment is cozy, was spotless when I moved in, has new carpet and the staff here seems really nice. Since alot is included with the rent I think I git a good deal.

this is a slum Nelson Estates is a bad place to live. They advertise free heat, but the heat they provide only works until it get's in the single digits temperature wise; especially if you get an apartment on the 3rd floor or at the end of a building.
