Great experience

Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2005-01-01
After a difficult time with the application process (and one rather snippy leasing agent), I found that this neighborhood was quite pleasant. The construction is only a few years old and in the units are in excellent condition. Although I didn't own a washer and dryer, there are hookups in every apartment. The laundry room has only two washers and two dryers but, since my move in, I have encountered only two other people doing laundry.
I'm not sure how responsive the repair staff is because I haven't yet had an issue with anything breaking. But, when I moved in, the apartment was very clean and everything was in working order.
There is some issue with people blasting music from their cars, but I have never had a problem with this after 10pm. My neighbors are very friendly and feel safe allowing their children to play outside. There have been a couple issues involving the police, but, for the most part, it is pretty quiet.
It is very inexpensive to live here, but there is a minimum income requirement to qualify and a lengthy approval process. I intend to move when my lease is up but only because I spend more in gas by living so far from work. If this wasn't the case, I would definately renew my lease for at least another year.
