After about a year now of this place being run by Jupiter management, I have decided this will be my last year here. They have replaced the manager and all the maintenance people, and as a result none of them actually live on the property anymore. Maintenance has become unresponsive... I put in some maintenance requests in September and they still haven't been completed. If it snows on friday evening, we're out of luck, because we wont get cleared or salted until the staff comes back on Monday... the old crew was really on top of it. This year we have to pay water/sewage/trash, so on top of the highest rent in Kokomo, it's now about $800 every month including rent and the apartment utilities (NOT counting gas electric cable on top of it). I love the outside entrances, I love the park next door, but the shoddy service we have now just can't justify the prices. None of the conveniences from the first review are here anymore. THey don't do lightbulbs, they dont pick up trash, maintenance basically does nothing extra anymore like they used to. I'm really disappointed in how this management changeover has gone... it's more expensive than ever, and it FEELS like we're dealing with a corporation now. More expense, less service.
