I stayed in Fox Acres for 2-3 years and only moved so that I could have a 3 bdrm.

Maintenance was excellent, the apt was clean and they really worked with me on my rent.

Parking was good, the apt was safe and that was the most important to me with small children.

The neighbors were also friendly.

At the time Wanda was in the office and she ran a tight ship.

I appreciated that.

My kid was safe to walk to the office to get snacks or sodas.

If I neede a 2 bdrm I would go back in a heartbeat.

Boy this review sounds fishy! LOL, especially after mentioning Wanda by name. It's a terrible place to rent. Kids run rampant with no adult supervision, BTW, so I can see why it appeals to parents. Bugs, vermin, falling apart, some units are real dumps from age and neglect.
