I have lived at Fox Acres for 8 months, and I enjoy being a part of their community. I have lived at a few properties here in Kokomo, but none have treated me as well as the staff of Fox Acres. Each time I have entered the office I have always been met with a smile. They complete my work orders within 24 hours and always leave a note behind letting me know what was done and what time it was completed. My apartment is very spacious, and I have a pretty nice sized patio area that my son loves to play on. The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, and the apartment features tons of extra closet space. I have a storage shed on my patio for bikes and christmas decorations, so it frees up my other closets. The apartment is only 1 of 4 for the building, so I have windows on the front and back side of my apartment. The best part of Fox Acres is that I do feel as it is my home. It is quiet, safe, and clean. I would prefer a washer/dryer in the aparment, but the laundry facility is actually nice looking. They clean it and always make sure it is in tip top shape. It is not coin operated, so I do not have to make the midnight runs to Village Pantry for quarters anymore.
