The positive reviews are possibly fake or encouraged by management. Read all the reviews, don't just rely just on a rating. For instance, one reviewer who hasn t lived at Fox Acres in over five years now wants to share fond memories with others. Ageless Tenant s review reads like a rebuttal rather than an objective appraisal. Please!!! It s rather obvious that the positive reviews are likely in response to other reviews that describe less than wonderful experiences. Further, the fact that the management itself responded to the negative review is telling.

I would like to think the purpose of this site is to provide information from those that have actual experiences living at the various apartments to help prospective tenants make an informed decision. As a consumer, we want to know the whole story, not just the side that the seller wants us to know about. Many other avenues exist for sellers to tout their wares - far fewer exist for consumers to discuss their experiences with them. Using tactics to force up a rating on a user s site may provide some short-term benefits, but it also reveals a lot about the true nature of those willing to use such means. Have a nice day.
