I lived here for five and half years and saw it go down in quality a little more each year. I think the main problem is that they hire inept staff. They also went through at least five apartment managers in that time. The apartments themselves are nice; utility rooms, pantries, and walk in closets but I moving out was a joke. If you decide to move here do so with caution. Also get in writing what you are responsible for in terms of having turned on and off. I was told that they turn off the electric (have switched to their name) which makes sense since that is what happens when you move in but received a bill for electric two months after I moved out. I contacted the manager she told me she would take care of it .I just received a notice from a collection agency that is trying to collect. I think you probably get the point.

Hi, I was looking at these sights to see what people are saying about the place where I live. What I've seen is actually pretty typical of people. Only the few bad people complain while everyone else who likes them doesn't say anything. Also for 4 complaints in 10years not bad lol. Also in regards to your bill. A rule of thumb or common sense should tell you always verify what to do when you move out dont take the words from 5 years ago as policies do change along with the times. I had also talked to the office after reading this review to see why that might of happened. They told me as of Oct 08' the electric company changed their policies so that they could no longer put anything into a tenants name nor can they take it out. Now as for what i think. I love it here its quiet, peaceful, staff and maintenance is always nice and punctual. Ya there has been a few managers to come and go since I've been here but my quality of living here has never once suffered due to it. So if you like places that are quiet, w/o drama and cops every night or just a nice place to relax then this is it.
