Timbernest Townhomes are a great place to move. Their current move in security deposit for the month of July is $99 and that covers rent. The lease is 1 year. Monthly rent on a two-bedroom townhome is $500. The only utility you are responsible for is Electric. The Cinergy Budget Billing for my particular unit is $112.00 per month. Also their office will provide you a great offer on phone and cable services. The unit is very spacious. Amenties include ample parking, dishwasher, (washer and dryer available for $65 extra per month), somewhat new appliances, 1.5 baths. The leasing agent is Tondra. Very quiet on southeast side of Kokomo. Country setting. I've reseach just about every apartment complex in town and I strongly believe this is the best deal for your money!
