Turtle Creek
< | >
My fiance and I came to Turtle Creek apartments about a month back. After looking at a couple apartments, we decided that for the price we would try to rent. We asked the person showing us the apartment to hold it for us. The next day we came back to put in our application and was told that he rented out the apartment we said we wanted held!
In the end we still decided to try to rent and had to wait a week and a half to finally find out that we were declined when it was only supposed to take 2 days.
I have gone else where and been treated MUCH better and have seen apartments that are MUCH cleaner. I would never recommend Turtle Creek to anyone!

I work for a competitor, so I hate writing things that benefit other properties, but there's no reason to be upset that they didn't hold an apartment for you without an application and deposit. Newsflash... this is a business, and they are going to do things that are in their best interests, not yours. People frequently say they will be back with a deposit and never return. A smart business will NEVER turn away a customer for a potential customer. I also don't understand how you can put ratings for things such as maintenance, construction, noise, etc. when you didn't even move in. While I suspect many of the positive reviews I looked at were prompted by the office staff (smart ones do this!), I would not put much weight on this one.
