Please don't settle for this place.
You can do much better in Kokomo.
While the staff was flexible with my lease, they couldn't make up for all the problems that I noticed in just three months at TC.
My 1st floor apartment had a leaky roof near the big sliding window and an infestation of bugs near the bedroom window.
I found that both of these problems were very common at the complex.
While they did fix them, it was really inconvenient and the bugs were gross.
Altogether I saw 3 kinds of spiders, millipeeds, ant/fly things an two cockroaches.
Also, I found that the hallways really smelled and so did the apartment when I first got it.
There are obviously cats around to make that kind of smell and, in fact, some cats wander the grounds.
I was really bothered by my neighbors who would sit on their balconies and smoke and yell at their kids...there are a lot of kids around here.
The pool gets real noisy.
You can hear every step that the person above you takes as well.
Finally, my license plate was stolen off my vehicle right outside.
The best part about this place was a couple bunnies that ran around outside and the fact that it was walking distance from a Kroger and Papa Johns.
The washer and dryers were good too.
I highly recommend that you look around for a better place and don't let the staff pressure you into signing a lease with them.
There are better places in the area for a similar price so do your homework.

this person must have made some one mad I love Turtle Creek and I cant see the staff being upset and if the plate was taken off your car then maybe you should have parked elwhere. I have lived here for a long time and have never had a ploblem so I think that this person has upset somebody and the wanted to get even with them I mean why would anyone want their plate?

Why would that be the fault of the tennant who lost it? People steal stuff all the time. Just because you didnt have a problem doesnt mean someone else wouldnt. You don't have to make someone mad to get stuff stolen and how would you know where to park to not get a plate stolen. The response to this rating is ridiculous!

I moved here with my b/f over a year ago, he had been here several years. We shared an efficiency. While it was a little small, we never had problems as described in this post. No bugs, no leaks. In fact the only problem was noisy neighbors next door. A call to the office took care of that quickly. We love the location, the staff that is so friendly to everyone, the pool, billiard room, exercise room, laundry on each floor, and the two libraries are just great. We like it so much, that at the end of our lease this year, we upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. No complaints here!!
