I have lived at walnut creek for a year now. I cant wait to move. The hall ways are never cleaned. The items that were broke in my apt was never fixed before I moved it, and the office staff is very rude. i would NEVER recommend anyone to pay $640 a month to live in a crappy apt. They may look good before you sign the lease but soon after you learn the realy deal. It took them 4 days to come fix my broken door. and 2 days to fix my garbage disposal. I hate walnut creek.

I agree 110 %. My husband and I have lived here for almost two years and we now work an hour away and tried to get out of our lease only to find out that they lied about the lease break if you move. Our sliding door has been broken since we moved in, with just a piece of wood to hold it shut, which was here when we moved in might I add, and I have told them several times about it and they never did fix it. I recieved and eviction notice about late rent when they applied a wrong payment to the wrong account. When I called to discuss the matters of all that I was unhappy with the Office Manager hung up on me. To top all of that off we have 5000 dollars worth of damage to our brand new truck because of there crappy construction and when I brought it to their notice I was told that they don't take care of problems like that and that we would have to pay for it ourselves. This place is the WORST PLACE that I have ever been in in my entire life. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was free to live here. And the amount of rent for the space is pathetic!!!!!
