I have lived at this apartment complex for 2 years and am extremely unhappy with the quality. First it is one of the more expensive apartment complexes in Kokomo and I feel is not worth the extra money. The continental breakfast isn't worth going to (lots of kids waiting for the bus and no healthy food), the gym is tiny with old equipment, and the staff isn't very helpful or willing to fix issues. When I first moved in, the toliet was broken and it took almost a full day to get someone to respond. Also, the water and sewage is billed from a company in Florida and the bill is never in your mailbox in time for you to pay it. I had to pay a late fee that was twice the amount of my bill because I waited on a statement. Next, there is no place to drop off outgoing mail so I have to travel out of my way just to mail my bills. The dishwasher is crap, I don't even use it anymore because a white film is left on every dish no matter what soap or rinse agent I use. When I called to complain I was told that this is what Kokomo water does and they couldn't fix it. Recently I've had trouble with the water pressure in my shower which was mediocre to begin with. I have currently called five times to get someone out to fix it and their response is that I have hot water for the bathtub therefore I have a way to bathe and not having a shower isn't considered an emergency.
Finally I was told that I could paint and that they would paint over after I moved but was recently told that I had to paint over before I moved.
I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex, nor would I recommend living in Kokomo period. I will not be renewing my lease.
