We lived here in 19941995. The apartment was infested with spiders. You had to wear shoes to make the short walk from the bedroom to the bathroom at night. You could hear the spiders crunching under your feet.

Also, in 9495, the then management would hit you with a 10% rent increase with every lease renewal. That, more than anything else, is what caused us to move.

In 1995, the buildings needed major renovation. The wood siding was beginning to rot, and several ground floor apartments had bowing ceilings because the support beams holding up the second floor were flexing and sagging.

In 1995, this property was owned by Lincoln Properties. Since then, it has been bought and sold more times than a cheap -----. I don't recommend it because of its condition and constant turnover of property ownership. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
