I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!! The only thing nice about this complex is the location. I have had more problems living here then any where else. First off I moved in under the deal of a year lease with the first two months of electric and gas being paid for. I had to fight to get that done. I got late charges and ended up having to pay for these services myself because they did not hold up their end of the deal. A deal finally got worked out where I paid for these services and they took it off my lease for the month. If I would have known that originally I would not have taken the deal. The walls are paper thin, I m always hearing my neighbors fighting along with their music; things are breaking down all the time like the electrical outlet in the bathroom. I was suppose to get a new garbage disposal when I first moved yet and I have yet to get it, 10 months later. And now when ever my neighbors upstairs take a shower the ceiling above the tub leaks. Maintenance is anything but helpful in these situations and neither is the property manager. They are never in the office during the times posted and rarely if ever answer their phone when they are in the office. I thought moving in here sounded like a good opportunity but I was wrong.
