I lived here for a year. The apartments are a little outdated but not dirty. The worst things were the staff. They were hardly ever in the office and my sliding balcony doors were constantly breaking. Trying to get anything fixed was difficult seeing as the office was always closed for meetings and such. Rent was a little expensive for what the apartments were. Parking was lousy at best, often I had to park two or three buildings away.I also had to hang blankets up over my balcony doors during the winter because the air and wind leaked in so bad. It was however quiet in my area and I never felt unsafe or anything of that sort. They aren't the worst place but I'm sure you can find better if you look.
