i like it - I moved out of my parents house and into amberwood around october 2008. It was exactly what i wanted. i looked at a lot of different apartments in kokomo and nothing was like amberwood. the grounds are beautiful and the staff was very helpful and friendly. the inside of the apartment is also really nice. i have an upstairs apartment and its nice to be able to sit on the balcony after a long day ...Full review of Amberwood Place

I moved from out of state and leased over the phone/computer. i was so happy when i got to the complex it looked jsut as it did online! I was a little nervous. Staff has always been nice, parking is not an issue. Neighbors are good, i barily see them.
