While I will say that maintenance is fixing things in a timely manner, there shouldn't be anything to fix!

I have lived there for 3 weeks and here is a list of everything that has need to be fixed:
Dishwasher, Disposal, Refrigerator, sink and tub drain in bathroom, closet shelf, I didn't have a mailbox key for two weeks, disposal plug, kitchen floor board, and my cold bath water comes out brown! My apartment had not been inspected, nor was it clean. I guess you get what you pay for. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
