Great Place for Quiet Students

I lived at Bay Pointe for 2 years while a student at Purdue. Since they (finally) finished the new bridge, the commute is actually pretty straightforward and only 15 min. max. I had tons of problems with my apartment when I moved in that had to be fixed, but they eventually all were fixed so I can't complain there. When my refrigerator refused to work anymore, I got a huge brand-new one--and the same thing goes for a new dishwasher I got, so that was all pretty cool. They've recently switched managers and the new one (Janice) I don't care for much... she worked there before but not as a manager. She can get pretty bitchy and isn't very helpful.
For the value, though, this place is just excellent. There are studio apartments on campus that cost more than this place. There is a great amount of closet space, not to mention a huge pantry, and I loved having a dining room and being able to actually hang pictures and stuff on the walls with nails instead of sticky-tack.
There were constant minor problems (like their internet service going out routinely), but I would live there again in a heartbeat.
