RENTER, BEWARE!! Their grounds are pretty and the staff is friendly when you walk in but don't be fooled. This place is anything but a nice place to live. They claim to re-paint and repair anything before you move in. Absolutely not true. The apartments are not cleaned and inspected before moving in. I found brown and yellow mystery gunk all over the cabinets and hair and other such disgusting residue left over from the last tenant. The maintenance staff is the worst part of the experience. I honestly think they hire guys who have no idea how to fix things because they're cheap labor. It takes about three or four times of complaining about the same thing for them to actually get it right and get it fixed, and you would not be amused by the interesting ways they attempt to fix things. The AC and appliances don't work, the laundry room washer and dryers rarely function properly, and just about anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Be prepared to spend the first three or four months of your lease just calling the office over and over with new things that are broken or breaking down. To top it off, the staff is so bogged down by all the complaints from renters that they don't have time to handle them in an efficient manner so your complaints may go unanswered for a week or so. Don't count on cable and internet. You can only get it through the complex and yes it requires dealing with their fantastically inexperienced maintenance men to get it going properly. I talked to all my neighbors who say the exact same thing so I know I'm not alone.

I've lived here a year and I am being honest when I say, I would never ever live here again.

Im a international student. And I have lived in Bay Pointe almost a year. Bay Pointe Apartment is located near Pacific Beach. The location is easy to get PB also easy to get Sea World, Downtown, Old-town, etc. Pretty clean and people are so nice. so you can enjoy the Sun whenever you want near the pool. you can enjyo BBQ place, computer room. Especially, Bay Pointe Apartment has a small theater which is so cool. you can watch DVD like a movie theater if you ask. I am very happy to live here in Bay Pointe now. Im going to be very sad soon cuz I have to leave. Enjoy Bay Pointe!!!
