I loved this place was a great place to live. The staff was always friendly, very helpful treat you as you arepart of the family, alwas have a smile on the face. You could alway go to the business office and know you were going to be helped. Maintenance was always good, always came on the day service was called in. They always had different activities going on, the best is the resident apprecation week and the holiday dinner, they go out of there way to make you feel welcome. The one thing I really liked was I was able to take my pet which was a ST. Benard. I would recommend Bay Pointe to anyone. I would not have moved if I had not been relocated for my job, I was there a total of 2 1/2 years. LOVED IT THERE, Miss everyone there
