Bay Ponte is a great place to live. The prices are nice for the size apartment you get and the neighborhood is quiet. The maintenance staff is very prompt and really nice. They are always courteous when the come. The girls in the office are great as well. They are always pleasant and go out of their way to try to help you in any situation. If you are looking for an apartment that you like to call home, this is it!
