I lived here twice (3/1/05-5/31/05 & 8/19/05-12/24/05) while I attended Purdue as a graduate student. The staff are always very friendly, helpful and fair. Maintenance is always on hand and ready to fix anything at anytime (my oven broke and they brought me a brand new one!). The apartments are very large, very clean and it's a quiet setting. The best thing of all was the price! I think it's the best deal in town for everything you get! Plus, there's an exercise room (needs a little updating), a walking trail, an outdoor pool and an indoor hot tub. I would highly recommend this place, especially to Purdue graduate students looking for a more quiet, mature setting.
