I lived here for the last 10 months and I absolutely love the place. It is generally pretty quiet. The maintenance staff is pretty quick with there repairs. Usually within hours for me. There is a great option to have your rent automatically deducted from you banking account so no need to worry about remembering when the rent check is due. You can also conveniently make service requests online. The rent is very reasonable. There are a great mix of people from students to older people. I highly recommend this apartment for anybody.
