I lived in the Bluffs for one year. I have been in Lafayette for five years, and this is the best apartment I stayed. The reason I move out is that I graduated.

There are several good things I love the Bluffs. First of all, the staffs are nice and helpful. I also like the quite environment (so if you really love to throw a party, this may not be the place for you). Then, in each building there is an elevator, which you will appreciate when you carry some heavy stuff (e.g. after the grocery shopping). Also, it is pet-friendly. I don't have a pet, but I do love doggies and kitties. They do a pretty well job and the place is never dirty even though there are many people with pets in the community.

The only thing I can complain is that once when a maintenance crew came to my unit to repair a switch, his shoes were quite wet -- but that was a snowy day and I really should not blame him.

All in all, I love this place. If you are looking for a nice and quite place to stay in Lafayette, you should check if there is a unit available in the Bluffs.
