Ive lived here for a year now, im a 21yo male. my only complaint is the air/heat. it works well (heats and cools quickly). but its very tricky...its similar to hotel air conditioners. sometimes when its very hot...i cant get it to turn on, likewise, when its very cold, i cant get the heat to stay on. you have to stick with it and turn the heat on for a couple minutes, then turn it back to air, i think it may be icing up. i can live with it, its not a huge deal. my lease ends in a couple weeks. the reason im not staying is because im moving to another state. Ive had a great experience here otherwise. a couple weeks ago my dishwasher broke, i walked down to the leasing office and told him...about an hour later they came up and looked at it, fixed it no problem and actually replaced my garbage disposal as well. its very quiet, never had any problems with noise. they allow dogs, but have never had a problem with them. nice trails behind the building...been on them many times. ive cooked out back as well many times...its nice to be surrounded by nature. i recomend

It is a good place to live, specially for grad students.
