Despite occational issues with the neighbors (fireworks near the buildings, inconsiderate parking) and the fact that the apartments across Greenbush look really scary, this has been a great place to live!

Though at first some of the neighbors were a little skeezy and anti-social, it's really become a neighborhood. There are kids playing on the playground and swimming in the pool. There are a lot of younger couples, and a nice mix of older families as well.

I've never seen an apartment with so much space - we've got a full living room, dining room and family room, on top of our 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, patio and HUGE yard!!

It's definately the best value and management in Lafayette (I mean, the maintenance staff is so good, they even came over just to kill a wasp for me!)

One word of warning - don't live next to the Village Pantry -- that place is REALLY scary!
