i have stayed at chauncey village for three years. the place is quiet, safe, and friendly. the maintenance is quick to fix any problems that occur, including removing snow. i would highly recommend this place to family, friends, etc. the pricing, location, and low noise makes it perfect for graduate students. give this place a serious look!
